We have made a number of improvements to the system categories within the ServiceDesk.

Categories that were unused or received very low ticket volumes have been removed.
Several new categories have been added to cover areas that were previously not represented.
A small number of existing categories have been renamed to make them easier to find and to help ensure tickets are routed to the correct team.
