Microsoft Teams continues to introduce improvements to make meetings, chats and everyday collaboration easier. Here’s a quick look at what’s changing and some useful features you may have missed.
Meeting Controls Are Changing
Microsoft is refreshing the Teams meeting controls to make them easier to find and use.
Mic, Camera and Share will be grouped together.
The Leave button will be separated from other controls.
Less-used options will move under More.
You’ll be able to pin and rearrange controls.
Screen sharing will have a clearer preview and confirmation step to help prevent sharing the wrong screen or window.
No action is required – the changes will be rolled out automatically by Microsoft.
Teams Features & Tips You May Have Missed
Better Search – Find messages, files and conversations faster using filters such as date, sender and content type.
